Tomorrow we should be done packing

The ones left is a store that will take a day to pack since each mini will go in a blister, and 27 large US orders.  Now is my turn to get down and print all the pro-forma and courier letters. But by Thursday/Friday I am confident they all will go in the mail. This means we made it in time NO DELAY :) 

FRANCE Issues

Later will reply to the emails, I got messages all over from KS, to FB and emails, it will be hard but will sort them out and you will get the models no worries, we have plenty of extras so we can ship you replacements asap.

Next Kickstarter?

Well we have quite a few to launch before the end of the year, next one going live on the 28th for a few weeks is for our friend/sculptor who asked to market and publish some of his work. Funds from the KS will mainly go to help him get closer to his family, so it will go for a good cause. 

The KS will have 18 to 24 models a mix of Evil Elves and Steam Punk Characters. Actualy if you can give us a hand to find a name for the 2 factions it will be appreciated :). There will also be a mix of regular troopers to go with them, it will not be only characters, and a few models will also be proposed as 70mm resin figures.   I will be helping him with the KS, and will be in charge of production and distribution of the models. 

And on the 17th of September our Citizens of the Empire line will go live on KS be prepared.... 

Why so close, well to merge production and save on production and shipping costs. Don't be scared we can handle it :) after delivering close to 16000 minis in less than 3 weeks I am quite confident. Also backers will be able to merge their orders if participate in both saving on shipping, and the HG models will also be available in case you missed a few.

France Mail is being nightmare

This morning I called the Italian mail rep to find out what is wrong with France Mail System. 

The answer is we are getting hundreds of complain, they just don't deliver write address incomplete or wrong and send them back. The solution "DON'T SHIP TO FRANCE"  the most unprofessional answer I ever got. 

Tonight I will mail all the French backers with the tracking for their package. The site to see the status is: https://www.chronopost.fr. You will input the ITXXXXXXXXCB code and will tell you were the package is. 

If the package is still in their possess please contact them at:

Contact us Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm and on Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm (excluding public holidays) on +33 (0)969 391 391

I can not do anything from here, Italian mail can only send a complain to them, and Crono Post France I tried calling, the 3 operators didn't speak English and the only one who spoke told me that only the receiver can ask for help. 

The sad part is that I will not be refunded the shipping of these packages.

Almost there

Finally got the new Internet contract now is easier... but wasted a half of day. Still several packages done. 

The heat doesn't help, August is HOT! here. 

Tomorrow will waste another half day to finish the small surgery to my knee, but will pack in the morning.

Issues?

Please wait until I post the update for Issues, currently is too hard for me to fix issues, and the post office is mad at us as they can't handle the volume ha ha In a few days will post a dedicated email to work any issue. 

France mail

If you are in France and ordered 7 or more miniatures, if you don't get the package by Thursday 22 August please contact me at:  [email protected] 

Your package is coming with Crono Post France, that is proving to be worst than the Italian mail, never had such a horrible service :( 

Check your emails.... PLEASE DO IT! (7 models or more only)

Check for any email from Poste Italiane they should mail you to the provided Backer Kit email if any issues is found, the email is also in English. First email is to say package is on the way, but not always gets sent, but if you are not home or the address is incorrect they will mail you. If it happens contact me  I will provide you with the tracking.

Shipping

Well I believe we are doing a good job, seems this KS we will meet the shipping deadline :)

All orders for 1 to 6 miniatures have been packed (all of them) , the problem is the post office. As usual they can not handle the volume. We tried to schedule but it doesn't work. We delivered 400 packages already and up to date according to them only 10 were mailed as they have a lack of personnel. Mainly in their defense yesterday was a holiday and 2 employees are out on vacation and have not been replaced. By the end of next week they should be able to mail them all, I will post an update. 

Packages 7 and up miniatures - Mainly US but not all of them, we are waiting for the boxes to be delivered as we got only a partial order and yesterday was a major Italian holiday so no mail. Spain, Germany, France and other countries are all packed, and I am spending time filling and printing the courier invoices, easy task but time consuming. I hope that by Tuesday all packages will be mailed. 

Australia and Canada  - all packed and sorted out, tomorrow I will look for a big box to merge all orders and get them in the mail on Monday, more updates once they get through customs and actual shipping starts. 

Missing STL files and unanswered email/messages

My apologize if I am not answering messages or emails, I leave home at 7:00 get home at 18:00 and all I am doing is printing shipping documents, invoices and forms. And after 4 to max 5 hrs I need some rest :) 

I see the mails about the missing STL pledges and will answer all of you and fix any issue as soon as last package leaves the door. 

Got your package? And have issues?

Yes, I know some of you already got their packages, and got many kudos :) and 1 issue up to date to fix. Caused by a courier who decided to run over the package with a forklift judging by the pics I got. 

Please if you find any issue, wait the Monday update to report it, I will have a dedicated email account to handle it. It will make it easier for me and faster for you to solve the issues. 

A personal THANK YOU goes to my Wife and her friend that alone were capable of packing 880 packages (About 10000 miniatures) in 4.5 days.

Tomorrow is a national holiday so no courier or mail but we will continue packing.
