Sorry for not updating daily but no real news in the past days. So here a quick update
Bikes
Factory printed the parts and new wings for the jet bike, so 76 will also get new wings. They were too thin. As soon as I get a date will post it.
Emails
Got 50 more emails to reply to. Working on it, and sorry for the quick replies some very sterile like Got it... just collecting names on a spreadsheet and applying fixes based on it.
Contact about errors/missing or broken pieces
Overall not bad at all considering the bike packages we had issues on 9% of the orders, some broke, few minor defects spotted, a few minis had missing parts.I always take into account a 10% defect ratio as packing 16000 minis and sending 1200+ packages is pretty hard :)
The damage form bikes?
Not so bad, thought it would have been worst. Many ordered 4 to 6 bikes in one order, so the overall shipping is to 60/70 packages max.
Only 2 customers requested a full refund, and 2 didn't want the parts as they were going to be used fo conversions anyhow. In the end damage was very moderate overall.
Some offered to have them sent with the next KS order, for the 2 upcoming Kickstarters, but no worries I prefer to fix them now, merging 2 KS in one shipment is hard to start with. Will fix all issues as soon as I can.
Be patient! And follow updates
Please use only [email protected] to comunicate issues, starting today I am no longer looking at the other mean of communications to handle the issues, up to date I sent a few double replacements to backers, as it is very hard and time consuming to match FB, KS, site, email and KS messages. I realized it today when I packed an order and the name was familiar, with a quick search I found out I sent him fixes from the email,then again from a message on KS he got a second package a week later, and now on FB... any issue not on email will be handled when all other orders and fixes have been sent. Yes will fix them all but at the very end,
Returned Packages:
Already got a few back, will sort them and mail again this week. Sorry for it, some address were imported and characters omitted by the courier causing non delivery, what makes me mad is a package from France returned because missing customs documents? Italy to France???? A package to Switzerland with all the correct documents returning. About 5 packages with a correct address, phone and email not delivered for wrong address? Don't worry will inspect them as some were crushed, and send them out. We will provide tracking for them individually this ime e as they are very few.
2 Kickstartes coming:
Yes one tomorrow and one the 17th of September. If you like both you have a chance to save on shipping as I will merge the orders if participating in both.
Vacant Reals
From our sculptor, is a special KS for me as most finding will help him get closer to his family. So please spread the word if you have time, is for a good cause and a chance to get some very nice models. Yes forgot today is 1 year since HeresyLab was registered as a company! All this was possible mainly because you backers and your support!

And since I am also working for the accountant end of the month papers, I did a quick search that came back with:
4000+ Customers, 4400+ packages sent, 12 delivered Kickstarters, 60000 miniatures sent, 100+ models on catalog, 5 upcoming Kickstarters. 2725 online store orders,1 new cat in the family, 1000 TUMS tablets, 600 tablets of Advil. And5 upcoming Kickstarters.
Replies to emails
I am doing my best, is not easy as some are urgent requests that need immediate attention like packages getting wrong address notices. Don't worry we will get t your email and fix any issue. Please be patient I am alone handling this process. Not to mention an hour a day to reply to messages on other platforms telling them to email me :)
Fixes and packages
I am replying the fastest I can, giving precedence to packages having delivery issues, and collecting data for orders that can be fixed immediately. All orders with the 2 bikes I will reply once I get a final notice from the factory.
Bike Issues
Got the quote and paid for the parts, they should start production soon more to come.

Bikes
The missing parts have been identified, next will be printing them. Also we noticed that the 2 elven driver bike large wings were too thin. The wrong files were sent to the factory. It was a factory mistake and also mine in a minor proportion. In the next day or two wings will be fixed and all missing parts 3d printed and tested. Once ready production will start and once here we will mail out all the parts.
Packages
A few packages were returned today, a few were returned as some special letters were not read correctly from the auto importer (lesson learned) and deleted. The courier didn't spend time searching for road Wòrth because it sowed as road W rth so returned. A few got damaged by rain and the invoices or shipping bills got faded or damaged, I need now to check what they were. Also a few just re-appeared in the warehouse and were marked shipped today. They were collected over a week ago. A few even if everything was correct were not delivered for incorrect address and so on, the worst is 2 packages sent to Europe to Europe were they were halted and returned because I was missing the customs declaration I have no words on this, and no is not the UK :) - We will fix it all no worries, just sorry for the delay this is causing.
I got an offer from FedEx today need to look into it, I may move to them for next KS's.

I have just finished replying all emails on the official Heresy mail, and started replying to the HLKS email. By tomorrow I should be done.
Backerkit Orders finalized after due date or incomplete.
Currently I have 20 orders that were never completed. 6 orders with pending payment and 5 closed after the deadline date.
I will start dealing with these in a few days.
STL files
Again there was some confusion and some backers have chose some STL files and not actual miniatures, if you are missing a few miniatures please check first if you chose STL files, if that is the case I can still send you the miniatures via normal mail or courier, but I will need to ask to cover the shipping cost for them.
Left to do?
19 messages on Messenger, 4 messages through the contact us page, 2 messages via Backerkit, and 7 to my Paypal email. And messages on the KS page. 81 messages on the HLKS email (were they should be :)!)
to report issues it makes it a lot easier and faster for both of us.

Shipping
All done apart from the big stores orders, they will go out tomorrow. A few packages were returned and will be sent again.
DEADLINE
I may sound rude but is necessary for me,
Any package with 7 or more miniatures not delivered by the 21st of September should be reported starting form next Monday till the 21st. After that date I will no longer be responsible for them. Why I am so strict, well this month I got requested from 2 backer of the HG1.0 Kickstarter were their package is. They were mailed over 1 year ago :( and I did plenty plenty of updates.
Any package with 6 or less miniatures have till the 7th of October same as above. To report.
Please don't start panicking and wait at least till next Monday, to start writing me :) and be assured we will get your minis to you. Other backers can confirm it.
Bikes issue
Problem identified, and it was a factory deficiency, they will start working on the parts this Monday. The work will done for free, but all the packing and shipping will be on me. It will hurt a bit, but as usual we will make it.
No timeline yet, I will post some updates, but is probably another 30 days before they can ship to me and stuff gets here. I need also to order all the supplies needed to pack them and mail.
Problem identified and will be fixed asap.
Broken, Lost or Error packages
I am working on it, please be patient I am alone here handling them and will get to you asap. Just make sure to use this email: [email protected] I keep getting messages all over the sites, and is getting almost impossible to handle. If you mail me, no need to also use FB, Twitter, Site, Messenger and Instagram to tell me you have a problem :( I may not reply immediately but I will, I go in the order I get the messages. If you reported a bike issue, no reply is coming for now I am just collecting data to be able to mail parts as soon as I get them.
Next KS's...
Last we have 2 KS coming, one is the Steam Punk vs Elves from our main sculptor, is for a great caused, and we will support him with the KS, production and shipping. This KS means a lot for him and his family.
And on the 17th of September, we will finally launch Citizens of the Empire, a new line of minis we developed with AXIA painting studio... more details also coming, but here the WIP video...
