Quick Update -
Sorry had to share my frustration with you all...
Called this morning to get some updates since the package has been in Italy for 8 days now. 8:30am. They tell me they are missing some data and an email was coming. 10:00am no email, call back and they lady ststes well you need to call our customs department we can't do anything. ???? Ok, call and select 6 at the prompt, and I get an annoying melody... 10 mins, 20 mins, 30 min, 40 mins... 43mins and the line drops :(... Ok called again, line drops, call again line drops, call again and rings, same music 10 mins, 12 mins and line drops. I am stubborn call again and after 5 mins line drops.. hmm ok again and finally a lady answers. Is 15:30.... she is very nice, and says I need to provide them some documents. Ok give her my number and email, she states I will send you an email now. 17:35 no email, I get home, call again and the guy states, well you need to call our customs department, but they close at 17:30!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hope to have better news tomorrow as I would love to send the final packages to the backers...

Package
It's in Italy since the 4th, as soon as we get it all pending fixes will be mailed. I hope by the end of next week. Is all in customs hands now.
Emails
I replied all emails up to the 2nd, then got distracted with the 2 KS that are ending. I will reply the few emails tonight or tomorrow.
Why so many KS this year?
A few have asked me why so many KS are coming up from us?
The answer is pretty simple, up to Dec 2019 HeresyLab will be a Regulated Regime Company, this means lower taxes for us. Starting Jan 2020 due to the income amount from 2019 we will need to become an LLC . This will bring us to a different taxation level, more complicated and more aggressive for us. This is why I want to push all pending projects before Dec 2019.
Be assured I have looked into them and took all precautions to make sure we can deliver and deliver in time. Not to mention a long talk with the company as we still have some issues in the packaging and quality control phase from them. Not bad still less than a 4/5% but some are very obvious and I am sure we can get better.
Latest Kickstarters
Vacant Realms just ended and will be shipping in Dec19/Jan20
Citizens of the Old World will end in 4 days. And ship with Vacant Realms to combine shipping and save backers some $$$
And in a few weeks two more will go live. One will be shipped before Xmas, great Gift Idea :)
Lord of Deliverance coming next week and will be delivered before Xmas. Waiting KS approval to share the link. Probably will start on the 10th.
THE REDEEMERS
These will start after next week, and will have both a Scifi and Fantasy version, both in the same offer.
Shipping for these will probably be Feb/Mar 2020.

Parts have been shipped
I hope to get them next week and start shipping them immediately.
Apologize if I am slow in replying to emails, but the end of Sep and beg. of October are the 2 busiest weeks of the year for me (real job :) ...)
I will spend Sat and Sun replying the various emails and getting all the replacement labels printed and sorted out.

Please be patient
Until the 2nd of Oct I will be very busy with my real job, so had to slow down a little as I am exhausted, I am replying the emails and fixing orders as I get them, but still missing some.
Also I am managing the normal store sales and helping in the 2 KS we are running, lucky I have friends and Axia helping me out on this projects so they are not time consuming. Normal store sales were a bit behind due to the courier contract renewal.
Replacement Bike Parts
Awaiting a tracking number all models have been cast and should be shipped or were shipped to me.

Done!
1. All email were answered. [email protected] (Sorry in a few updates I misspelled it)
2. All packages with fixes (broken, missing, wrong....) are packed and will go out Monday. Sorry had to wait for the new username and password to be able to print labels.
3. Waiting parts to be ready and sent to me to fix the bike issues.
4. Reported to the company about common errors to avoid them in the future. Mainly some thinner parts, or missing parts form the kits.
To DO!
1. Open and return all the packages I got back.
2. Check other means of communications for extra messages, a real nightmare as some are duplicates to emails. ie FB, Messenger, email, site contact us. Please be patient as above email has priority.
