Only 24hrs left to complete your pledge manager
Don't want to be rude but last 24hrs to complete your pledge manager started now.
I need to download the data to start working on the shipping process, buying packing material, planning with the courier due to the large amount of boxes involved and many other small things.
If you fail to complete the pledge in the next 24hrs your order will be left behind and will be fulfilled only after all other orders have been packed and shipped.
Note if you are in Canada or Australia and fail to complete it I will not be able to guarantee you a VAT free shipping and reduced price as listed. Shipping will be charged in full for these packages for AU and CA.
Any issue my email is - [email protected] PLEASE NO FB, KS, INSTAGRAM, WEBPAGE messages, use the email I provided.
Once all items are shipped all backers will have 45 days to report a missing package and be assured to get replacements if these got lost in the mail.
Again I may sound rude, but last week I got an email from a customer with quite a large order from HG1.0 that was shipped a year ago stating he never got his models. And this happen a few times in the past 6 months.
Production is almost done...

Pledge Manager Charges
Just got a few mail from backer who paid via Credit Card for their pledges stating they got double charged.
This is not the case, if you paid by Credit Card you got charged today for the first time, the CC was accounted for when you filled out the pledge manager but never got really charged till today when I closed it.
If you believe you got double charged please email me with the original bank charge and I will look into it to get it fixed.

Pledge Manager
24hrs left to close your pledge manager. I can not wait any longer as the factory should be done with production on the 15th of July, and I need to start preparing the paperwork needed for dispatching the models.
Tomorrow at this time I will lock the orders.
Failure to finalize you pledge
If you fail to finalize your order please be aware that the shipping of your items will take place after all other orders ship. Also if you are located in Canada or Australia this is going to cause an increase in shipping price and the parcel will be subject to customs fees.
Both locations are shipped as unique package to one of our backers who will ship them locally. If you fail to fill the pledge manager your package will not get in the main box.
Apologies
I apologize if I sound rude, but with over 16000 miniatures to sort out, pack and ship any small interruption or issue may cause several other issues for the other backers. Also I have been asking to complete the pledge manager for the past 2 months with several emails and updates. Also by not completing the pledge manager means that the minis were not ordered for them. Thus any one missing will have till the 31 August to contact me and finalize it. After that date the remaining models will be added to the inventory for the online store and I may not be able to fulfill the orders.
Schedule
At this point full payment was made to the factory, shipping material has been ordered. And production should be completed in the next few days. Seems like we should have all out of the warehouse no later than mid Aug as we planned.

REST OF THE WORLD

Last model...
She is now completed... the factory gave us 15 July as production completion,but I am sure we will have at least a week delay.
PLEDGE MANAGER
You have till Tuesday the 9th to finalize your order.
FAILURE to FINALIZE should not be a huge issue, but be aware that the orders not finalized by the 9th will probably be sent last. And if late I will also not be able to guarantee the US, AU and CA customs friendly shipping. Please take your time and finalize the order.
SHIPPING
I really hope to get first package out and delivered by mid August and all of them by the end of the month.
Seems like if nothing else goes wrong that we will meet our deadline for the first time, but the models are not here yet.... so crossing fingers.
I will start packing AU and CA orders first as they go out in single boxes in order for us to pay upfront for customs duties. Followed by the US and the Europe.
The reason is that AU and CA will be the ones requiring more time to deliver, the US ranges between 5 to 9 days for delivery and EU is on a average of 3 to 5 days. (Note this is only for Lv 8 or above who will be using a courier, smaller packets will go Priority Mail and may get up to 50 days to deliver) I am trying to have all packages show up for all of you at the same time.
NEXT PROJECTS?
Quite a few if you followed our FB page... actually working on 8 projects and all of them quite consistent.
Next project will be the one form my oldest daughter... going live on the 9th of July.
A totally different approach and theme for us, also these will cast in plastic and not resin.
Got the first samples and I say they are amazing, both the quality and the feeling I get from them.
