Any user with 7 or more miniatures should email me at [email protected] if they don't get the package by the 8th of September. Before that date is not necessary. Less than 7 miniatures the ultimate date to report missing packages is the 21st of September, shipping in countries like the US is crazy and deliveries are between 7 and 40+ days.
Even if I have not replied I am getting emails, please bare with me and be patient as I am finding out the best solution to solve the problem. No answer doesn't mean I don't care, just I don't have a final solution yet. I need to coordinate first with the factory before I can give a final answer. Not our project but we will help running the campaign and will handle all the distribution and casting for it. This KS is quite important for us, not for the profit but for the help these funds will give to the sculptor getting closer to his family.

Just noticed we had cast some wrong parts for these 2 models. Just wrote the factory to get them solved. May not be short solution about 45 days :( I need to apologize didn't check them thoroughly as I should have to.

In a few hours we will send another 170 packages, leaving only 21 to be mailed. These are scheduled for Monday. And I am proud to say that we did it, we fulfilled our KS on schedule. An amazing 1650 overall packages were sent out. These include the orders from our online store. And close to 18000 miniatures I believe, too tired to calculate.

On Monday probably earlier I will start working on sending missing STL files, fixing orders not delivered, and issues with the minis in your packages.
The problems with France were Chrono Post but seems like only 3 or 4 packages had issues, I will send them out on Tuesday if returning to me, no worries. In a few cases 1 in France and 1 in Germany is my fault, the automated address import software didn't read special characters or symbols thus printing an address that does not exits. One example was Str. XXXXX 4/4 and it Printed Str. XXXXX 44

All packages are ready and about 800 of the 1200 are already delivered or in transit.
Readings this morning at 08:00, only left one of the 3 stores to complete.
Reaming packages are all couriers, and with no Internet it died completely yesterday evening and not sure when will be back, it takes me 10 to 15 minute per invoice and packing slip to process when I am lucky, so my plan to have it all in the mail today or by Friday is not so realistic if not fixed.
For the past 2 months my provider was getting worst and worst, the past 2 weeks my speed average was 1.1Mb Down and 0.1 Up. With peaks of 4 Down and 0.3 up... On Tuesday the new provider installed the new line, that worked perfectly average 21 down and 3.5Mb up... amazing compared to the old provider, but yesterday at 17:00 it just quit working. I called they said 2 to 5 days to fix it.
Please bare with me if I am slow at answering emails, issues, package with wrong address, and other related messages. Be assured we will solve all issues.

Au cours des 2 derniers mois, mon fournisseur avait de pire en pire, ma vitesse moyenne était de 1,1 Mo et de 0,1 en moyenne au cours des 2 dernières semaines. Avec des pics de 4 en baisse et de 0,3 en hausse ... Mardi, le nouveau fournisseur a installé la nouvelle ligne, fonctionnant parfaitement en moyenne de 21% en bas et de 3,5 Mo ... impressionnant par rapport à l'ancien fournisseur, mais hier à 17h00, elle a tout simplement cessé de fonctionner travail. J'ai appelé ils ont dit 2 à 5 jours pour le réparer.
S'il vous plaît nu avec moi si je suis lent à répondre aux courriels, problèmes, paquet avec une mauvaise adresse et autres messages connexes. Soyez assuré que nous allons résoudre tous les problèmes.
Demain, je posterai un email dédié à tous les problèmes. N'utilisez pas les messages Facebook, Site, Kickstarter, je suis très confus et cela prend du temps aux autres clients. La plupart du temps, je ne vois pas s'il s'agit de la même personne, car KS est livré avec un surnom. Les e-mails ne sont pas votre prénom et votre nom, de sorte qu'il ne s'agit peut-être pas de votre page FB. S'il vous plaît attendez un mail moi à l'email je vais fournir demain.

In den letzten 2 Monaten wurde mein Provider immer schlechter, in den letzten 2 Wochen lag mein Geschwindigkeitsdurchschnitt bei 1,1 MB Down und 0,1 Up. Mit Peaks von 4 Down und 0,3 Up ... Am Dienstag hat der neue Anbieter die neue Leitung installiert, die im Vergleich zum alten Anbieter durchschnittlich 21 Down und 3,5 MB Up lief ... erstaunlich, aber gestern um 17:00 Uhr hat sie einfach gekündigt Arbeiten. Ich rief sie sagten 2 bis 5 Tage, um es zu beheben.

Durante los últimos 2 meses, mi proveedor estaba peor y peor, las últimas 2 semanas mi velocidad promedio fue de 1.1Mb hacia abajo y 0.1 hacia arriba. Con picos de 4 abajo y 0.3 arriba ... El martes, el nuevo proveedor instaló la nueva línea, que funcionó perfectamente en promedio 21 abajo y 3.5Mb arriba ... increíble en comparación con el proveedor anterior, pero ayer a las 17:00 se acabó trabajando. Llamé, dijeron de 2 a 5 días para arreglarlo.
Cuídame si tardo en responder correos electrónicos, problemas, paquetes con direcciones incorrectas y otros mensajes relacionados. Tenga la seguridad de que resolveremos todos los problemas.
