Sorry for the absence
I wasn't gone, just was waiting on the mail contract renewal and factory updates to post. Without a mail contract I could not ship anything for the past 8 days.
Postal Contract
Yes, took about 7 days and got renewed, I got 50+ packages to mail with fixes and lost packages. I hope to get them all in the mail by Monday. Also this includes the courier contract so I can resume shipping. Sorry for the inconvenience but this was way out of control for me.
Email responses
I replied all emails received up to Monday if I do not mistake, so if you mailed me after Monday I will reply to you by tomorrow night I hope.
Lost/Returned Packages
I got several returned, and will start mailing them on Monday/Tuesday next week as I need to check content, if you have one of the 2 bikes in it I will delay shipping if you are ok. But will email each ne to make sure they are not urgent.
Issues in general?
no worries we will get them fixed, but to get an answer you "MUST" use the email [email protected] or you will not get a prompt reply. But as previous backers can confirm all of you will get their models, even if the deadline is passed so don't panic. Some US, AU and CA packages are still showing up now. The couriers should all be delivered.
Bike Parts
All revised and missing parts from the bikes will be shipped to me next week, waiting is almost over. I will post and update on it as soon as I get more news.
Running Kickstarters
Yes we are running 2 Kickstarters at the time, one is for our sculptor and one for a new line of Fantasy Figures. All the models will be produced and shipped by us. In case you wanted to take a look:

Emails
Today will reply the new emails I got, sorry for the delay 2 busy days for me at work, and other issues that had to be taken care of. Please for issues no messages other then to [email protected]
I keep getting many contacts via other sources and is getting too hard to follow as many are duplicates.

Courier not working till Wed/Thu
Just signed for a new contract with the courier, so I will not have an account to ship for a few days, sorry if this may cause a delay in shipping. I need to wait for the new credentials to show before I can use it.
Factory
They are working on the missing parts, waiting for an estimate date. Will post as soon as this becomes available.
Returned Packages
Today will try to sort them out and write the backers, no worries you will get you minis.. some are crushed so bad that I need to check content before I can mail them out again. Only 11 for now.
Running and Coming Kickstarters
As many of you know I can't stand still and we are currently working on 6 new lines of models, another 70+ models that should be released this year. If you follow us on Facebook you may have seen some preview.
Currently we have our sculptor Kickstarter running, some some great models.
VACANT REALMS id Fully Funded and with a few stretch goals released already.
Citizens of the Old World starts Tuesday the 17th and wil have some newly designed models for Fantasy, a new route/line we are tacking. You can see some of the models here:
NEW KS SHIPPING MERGING
Both these KS will be shipped in Dec 19/Jan 20 this can save you quite some funds if you join both as there will be only one shipping charge. This is especially good if you want more models of a line and only 1 from the other Kickstarters. As you will not pay for shipping twice.

I try avoiding updates if not needed and apologize for this one.
BACKERS WITH LESS THAN 7 MODELS
Don't panic if the models are not there yet, you still have time to report missing packages. With less than 7 models you don't get a shipping email. Also parcels are a lot slower, US orders are showing up now as Summer is a bad time to mail, and for the US the weather is also an issue. All these smaller packages should get there in the next 7 to 10 days hopefully.
PACKAGES "INDIRIZZO ERRATO"
My fault most likely, even if a few had perfect address on them and got returned with no reason. Some the auto impart deleted some letters and courier can not deliver them. Not sure what the difference is from Valeolid Drive to Bal olid Drive... in a small town. With name, phone number to call and a email.
Never mind we will fix all these don;t need to worry.

Yes I made it all got a reply at the given email address. Only few that didn't get one is because Crono Courier website is down and I can't check details, will do ti tomorrow.
